Mailsafe Kiosks

Post Security Kiosks

  • Electronic kiosk

  • TSA maintains control of item and places in kiosk; passenger may proceed to flight

  • Better passenger experience which results in a 50% increase in usage

Pre Security Kiosks

  • Bomb mitigating drop box designed to mitigate an explosive device

  • Effective service, but if the passenger is stopped at security, may result in the passenger having to go through security a second time, leading to a poorer experience for the passenger and TSA agents

Kiosk Servicing

MailSafe hires a local airport contact to service kiosks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis

For any issues or passenger assistance, a phone number is provided on the kiosk to connect to a MailSafe employee
